Primus Satanson is the son of the infamous father of monsters and original devil, Satan. He is often referred to as his "sixth son", implying there were five before him that must have passed away. He is the only surviving prince of hell after the millennia-long war, outliving his peers thanks to his constant preparedness and paranoia to complement such.
As the Devil of Anger, he becomes more powerful with every emotion of wrath in the world. He himself is actually a calm and composed individual it's the result of four centuries of anger management although he is one to hold grudges.
He is currently revealed to be planning on either conquering or destroying the Leviathan State, assuming sovereign-hood over Hell like his father before him. He had unified the many city-states around him already. His ambitions and goals would lead him to allying with The Lightbringer and his legion.
He appears to have had a great appreciation of his old councilor and bodyguard, Anger. When Anger was slain protecting him, he was put in a state of survivor's guilt. He would sorrowfully bury his old friend before plotting to find The Revelation and destroy him.

- Primus' first appearance wasn't actually in any Holy Piercer work, it was actually in a small manga called "Triple S". In that story he was not referred to as Primus but as Akufu (悪風 Fiendish Wind) and was working alongside a ballerina angel. The small manga ended with Akufu learning more about love and compassion and with him and the ballerina angel going their separate ways. The evidence that confirms this to be true is not simply the fact that both are made by MacBeth Cowly himself, but also because the Coronets refer to him as Akufu.
- Despite being Satan's son, it is most likely that Primus is not pure evil like his father, as shown in his wider array of emotions and motivations.
